With our inventory of jumpers, water slides, tables, chairs and other equipment we are able to be your one-stop shop for all your party needs. To make it even easier, our online reservation system allows for 24/7 reservations. All you need to do is add the items you want to your cart, enter the party date, times and location, pay a deposit (or pay in full) via our secure payments system and you're done. You will get an email confirmation of your order so you can truly mark it off your party planning checklist. On the day of your party, a member of our team will deliver and set up your inflatables and come back after the party to take them away. It is really that easy

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas further out. The Path to the set up area should be at least 30" wide(or wider for larger units. SEE BIG JUMPS below), fairly smooth and flat with ample room. Setup area should be no more than 100 ft from the delivery truck. We need to know in advance if there are steps or stairs, hills, mountainside, river, streams creeks or any other unusual terrain. In most cases (home parties) we will send only one employee to set up your party. Additional fees may apply for theses situations.
Our standard rentals are up to 6 hours long! You can get more time, or even keep it overnight for a small fee.
SacJumps we understand how important it is that our units are clean and sanitized. We clean and sanitize our units after every use. Each unit is vacuumed then wiped down inside and out. More importantly, it is not that we clean our units after every use, but what product we use to clean and sanitize. The cleaning product we like to use is Simple Green D Pro 3.
Simple Green D Pro 3 is a Hospital Grade surface disinfectant specially formulated to clean and protect surfaces from harboring harmful germs responsible for illness and infection.
Simple Green D Pro 3 kills 99.9% of Germs, Meets OSHA BLOOD-BORNE PATHOGEN STANDARD FOR HIV, HBV, AND HCV. Sanitizes surfaces and is a Fungicide, Mildestat, Sanitizer, and Virucide.
Not only do we sanitize each inflatable after every use, but all of our games, tables, chairs, ball pit balls and concession are cleaned after every use. As a SacJump customer you can be confident that your rental is clean, sanitized and safe. When you get your inflatable, note the cleaning tag with date it was cleaned. If for some reason because of time constraints between rentals we were unable to clean your equipment in our shop, we supply our Delivery Drivers/ Install techs with cleaning Supplies and equipment. They will make sure that your rented equipment is clean and sanitized before you use it.
We are doing our best to clean and maintain our party inflatables and other rental equipment. We really appreciate you when you take care of it as well. However once in a great while some one will abuse our equipment so we have to have this policy. Please read:
Customers are responsible to keep rented equipment reasonably clean. Customers agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $200.00 up to the cost of replacing the unit or equipment that is excessively dirty or trashed or damaged. ---DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS IN OR AROUND INFLATABLES, OR ANY OTHER PARTY EQUIPMENT: ----DO NOT USE SILLY STRING---DO NOT USE SILLY STRING---OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS!!!!! DO NOT ALLOW OR USE FOOD ,DRINKS,CANDY,CONFETTI,GLITTER,FOAM,TRASH IN OR AROUND INFLATABLE OR ANY OTHER PARTY EQUIPMENT! LESSEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the full replacement value of the rented unit and/or assessed a $200.00 cleaning fee if the unit is determined not to be permanently damaged.

Yes all orders require a 25% Down Payment/Deposit payable by Cash, Check or Credit Card. All Down Payments/Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, however if you do need to cancel or reschedule your party or event you will be given a Rain Check (tied to your email address) that is good for up to one year from the date of your scheduled event. You can cancel your event as late as the night before ( no later than 7 PM ). If you cancel on the same day or the morning of your scheduled event, you will lose your deposit and will not receive a rain check. Once our delivery drive has been dispatched, you will have to pay the full amount of the order. We do not give refunds for rain, bad weather, or non use.
